♡ green tea ♡ just your ordinary green tea. it’s more often than not, 0 cals. you should probably drink it black, but if you’d like, add some artificial sweetener with little to no calories. caloric amount can vary from 0 to 5 calories.
♡ fire tea ♡ boiled water (you can also use teabags for more flavour), 1 tsp of cinnamon (6 cals), 1 tsp of cayenne pepper (6 cals). mix. 12 cals in total, but possibly more depending on whether or not you use a teabag to flavour the water a bit. you may play with the measurements of spices depending on your taste.
♡ sweet tooth ♡ a small concoction i made up one day while liquid fasting. i use ¼ of a whole cup of almond milk (20 cals), and 1 tbsp of vegan creamer (30 cals). 50 cals! you may play with the measurements of either ingredients. you can also add cinnamon if you want.
♡ swiss miss
♡ your classic hot cocoa (not vegan-friendly). as a vegan, i personally don’t drink this, but it can be helpful to many of you! one packet of swiss miss powder is 90 cals, as a result, just mix that into your 60-second-microwaved water, and there you have it! caloric total is 90 calories.
♡ water ♡ gulping down a nice cold glass of water will do the trick! if not, try a few more glasses. it’s very filling, and is free of calories. this includes sparkling water (such as sparkling ice), which is also free of calories and is flavoured.
♡ diet sodas ♡ most diet sodas are free of calories, with the exception of mtn dew diet (which has 5). however, be careful! drink this only as a treat of sorts. as, diet sodas can cause a lot of bloating that can only be solved by water.
♡ tabasco ♡ i’ve shared this with many of my friends, and they all agree that it helps. 10 drops of tabasco sauce will instantly kill cravings, but you may want to drink some water afterwards depending on your spice tolerance. 0 calories (unless using other brands of hot sauce)!
however, don’t be afraid to eat food! food is necessary to survive. be safe my lovely dolls xx
